We focused our attention to quality and detail in every aspect, both in and out of the class and provide a boutique style design with high end quality sound, showers, amenities and a retail section with MIX branded apparel, accessories and favorite drinks. Studio amenities include:

  • Welcome to THE MIX!  Our classes are accessible for all fitness and experience levels. We offer specialty classes and workshops throughout the year, so make sure to keep an eye on our Newsletters. Consistency is the key, and whatever combination of MIX classes you choose, we encourage you to come at least 3 times per week to maximize the benefits you’ll experience. You’ve got this!

  • To book a class, create an account and purchase from the 'BUY’ page. 

    There are 2 ways to purchase classes: class packs and memberships 

    Class Packs:

    Class packs have an expiration period based on number of classes bought and time begins on purchase. Unlimited monthly packs start form the first class taken and are valid for 30 days. Sometimes we all need that extra motivation.

    Memberships 

    If you are ready to make a bigger commitment then memberships are for you. 

  • 1. What is the minimum length of a membership? 

    The minimum length of all memberships is three months.

    2. How am I billed?

    Payment is taken monthly to the credit card saved to your account. You will need to have a card on your account to enable payment to be taken. Please make sure this is up to date.

    3. What is the membership cancellation policy? 

    By purchasing a membership you will be committed to a three month minimum term.  After your third payment, you can cancel your membership at any time by signing into your account and cancelling from your ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing date. Please be aware that once the payment has been made we cannot issue a refund.

    4. How long are my membership classes valid? 

    All membership classes are valid for the monthy billing period and cannot be rolled over to future billing periods. Additionally, no membership classes can be transferred between client accounts. 

    5. Can I freeze my membership? 

    You are able to freeze your membership for one month, in line with your billing period. There is a limit of up to two freezes per rolling 12 month period. In order to freeze your membership, you must contact the studio at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

    If you freeze your membership, you will not be billed for that month and will not have credits dropped into your account. You can still take classes by purchasing discounted top-up credits. Membership top-up credits are exclusive to members and will expire within two months from purchase.

    Freezing a membership during the Minimum Term will result in extension of the Minimum Term by the number of months frozen.

    6. What if I am running low on my membership classes? 

    If you’re running low on classes and still want to take classes within the current billing month, you can purchase an exclusive 'member only' discounted top-up class for CHF29.00. Top up classes expire one months after the date of purchase and you are able to purchase up to 2 classes per billing cycle.

    • THE MIX will open 30 minutes before the class start time.

    • We recommend if possible, we ask you to arrive at the studio ready for class, to minimize locker room traffic.

    • Barre and Rave – you will not be able to enter class 10 minutes after the start time. 

    • Ride – you will not be able to enter the class once class starts

    • Barre – grip socks are required for all barre classes.  We have a collection of socks you can purchase the front desk or alternatively you can rent a pair for CHF3.  

    • Rave – Indoor sneakers recommended for class. 

    • Ride – We recommend Cycle shoes with clip ins and our pedals are compatible with SPD clips. You can rent a pair at our front desk for CHF5 or bring your own. 

  • Our booking window opens every month on the 20th for the next month of classes.  You can book into class up to 5 minutes before class.

    If your class choice is fully booked, you can add yourself to waitlist to try your luck at grabbing a last-minute spot.

    You can book yourself and up to 3 friends into a class. If you want to book more people than this, please contact the studio and enquire about booking a private class.

  • You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class online. We'll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need a credit in your account to secure your spot.

    When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking them to confirm that they want to be booked into the class. You will have 10 minutes to confirm or the system will move on to the next person. You can see where you are on the waitlist. The system won’t automatically text any customers after the waitlist cut-off. Customers who don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email.

  • If you can't make it to class, please cancel your spot at least 8 hrs in advance. Any classes cancelled withing the cancellation window will be credited back to your account.

    If you cancel within 8 hours of your class, you will lose the class credit. 

    If you have and Unlimited Class pack and late no show for a class and have an you will be charged a CHF25 no show fee. 

  • Wonderful news! 

    We have many women who participate in class right up to their due date.  Make sure that you let our team know during check in. Also, let you instructor know prior to the start of class to indicate any modifications.
