We are teaming up with the exquisite boutique hotel Villa Grey for our exclusive The MIX Retreat 2025 in the magical Tuscan coastal city of Forte dei Marmi, Italy. Your chance to escape to the serene beauty where every moment is an opportunity to unwind, restore, and connect with your body.
We will offer two classes a day choosing from BARRE or RESTORE. Classes will take place at the private beach of Bagni Villa Grey surrounded by rejuvenating fresh air, the smell of see pines and the sounds of the sea or the garden terrace of Villa Grey enveloped by lush vegetation.
BARRE
The MIX BARRE classes focus on using your body weight as resistance, while small props add extra challenge to each position. We’ll teach you to move with more power and precision, enhancing your body awareness and leaving you feeling strong and energized. You can look forward to hands-on corrections, dynamic choreography, and upbeat music to keep you motivated!
RESTORE
The MIX RESTORE is designed to enhance your mind-body connection through deep stretching and restorative postures. You will focus on sports mobility, allowing your body to release tension and improve flexibility. It will encourage you to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate a sense of peace and balance.
ELEGANT CLASSIC
Elegant Classic double room of 15 square meters responds to the needs of the guests through a careful use of the spaces that are functional and do not give up on comfort. The room has got a double bed ( 160 cm X 200 cm ), warm parquet floor, small walk-in closet, bathroom with Travertino Marble finishes, window, shower box, amenities designed by Culti.
